A logo is a promise. The product is where the promise gets checked.

A logo is a promise. The product is where the promise gets checked.
The handoff problem
Most brand projects end with a document and a set of assets. The product team receives them and begins inventing, because the document never described how the brand behaves when someone is trying to get something done.
The result is a brand that looks right on a billboard and falls apart in a table.
Behaviour is the identity
We treat interface decisions as brand decisions: how a button responds, how empty states speak, how a loading moment feels. These are the places where a promise is either kept or broken.
A strong identity is not what you see in the logo. It is what you notice in the hundredth interaction.
